Ask the awkward
questions first

These are the things people actually want to know before they sign with an agency, answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, email us and we’ll answer it directly.

Before you sign

Do I have to show my face?

No. A large share of our roster is faceless, and we plan the strategy around that from day one — different formats, different promo channels, different pricing. Nobody will pressure you to change your mind later.

What's the split, exactly?

It's a percentage of what you earn while you're with us, and the exact figure depends on where you're starting and how much you want us to take on. You'll get a specific number on the call before any paperwork, and it doesn't change after you sign.

Are there any fees on top?

No signing fee, no monthly retainer, no charge for anti-piracy, and no deductions that weren't written down before you signed. If a cost isn't in the agreement, it doesn't exist.

Do I have to be experienced?

No. We take on creators starting from zero as well as people already earning well. Starting from scratch just means the first ninety days look different — more setup, more testing, slower revenue.

Ownership and control

Who owns the content I make?

You do — all of it, permanently, including everything made while you're with us and everything after you leave. You license us the right to post it on your behalf, and nothing more than that.

Do you get my logins?

We need access to run your accounts, but payouts stay in your name and go to your bank. You keep your own access at all times and can revoke ours whenever you want.

Can you make me post something I'm not comfortable with?

No. Your boundaries are written into the agreement in your own words, and no one on our team can renegotiate them. If a concept crosses a line you set, it doesn't get suggested.

Who talks to my fans?

Our chat team, in your voice, following a guide we build with you. You can read any conversation at any time, and you can take chatting back in-house whenever you like.

Privacy and safety

Will you use my real name anywhere?

Only where the law requires it for payments and contracts. Your legal identity is never published, never given to fans, and never shared with anyone outside the small team that handles your account.

What happens to my application if you say no?

We keep it for six months in case something changes, then delete it. Email hello@ourii.com at any point and we'll delete it sooner — no questions asked.

What do you do about leaks?

We scan for reuploads across leak sites, forums and file hosts, then file the DMCA takedowns for you and chase the hosts that ignore the first notice. You get a monthly report of what was found and what came down.

Working together

How much time will this take me?

Most of our creators spend their time shooting and little else. Expect a weekly check-in with your manager and a monthly planning call. Everything else — scheduling, promo, chatting, takedowns — is on us.

How fast will I see results?

It depends on where you're starting. Established pages usually see movement inside the first month. From zero, the first ninety days are mostly building and testing, and we'd rather tell you that now than promise you a number we can't hit.

What if I want to leave?

Thirty days' written notice, no exit fee and no clawback on what you've already earned. We hand back every login and content archive within a week of your last day.

What if it isn't working?

Then we say so. If after ninety days we don't think we're adding more than our cut is worth, we'll tell you directly and help you exit cleanly rather than quietly collecting a percentage.
